Nov 26 Cutoff for E-filing 2022

The IRS system will stop accepting e-filed returns after Nov 26, 2022. Until Nov 26, 2022; tax returns for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 can still be e-filed. After this date, they will need to be snail-mailed or e-filed after the IRS reopens for e-filing in 2022, this date has not been released yet. Due to the issues with IRS understaffing etc; mail-in returns are not recommended. This firm has personally seen mail in returns take a year or more to process since the IRS has used Covid has an excuse to provide poor customer service to taxpayers. If you still have a 2021 return to submit, now is the time to do it while the system is still working. Call this firm at 361 443-3787 to book an appointment today!
